Swipe to the exercise tab, then press the + (plus) button in the lower right corner. Enter an exercise name, then decide whether your exercise will be a strength exercise (i.e. reps and sets) or a cardio exercise (i.e. duration, distance, heart rate, calories) and select the type from the drop down menu. Optionally, you can add the exercise to an existing category, or create a new category. Press the Save button to save and add the exercise.
To repeat an exercise, swipe to the exercise tab. Press the name of the exercise you would like to repeat and it will open. Log your information, then press the ✔ (check mark) button in the lower right corner to save the exercise. Alternatively, exercises can be opened in the same way from the category and routine tabs if categories or routines containing exercises exist.
You can organize your exercises by adding them to categories, or by using the routine tab. See how to create a routine.
Swipe to the routine tab, then press the + (plus) button in the lower right corner. Enter a routine name, then press the Save button to save and add the routine.
To add exercises to the routine, press the name of the routine you would like to add them to, then press the + (plus) button in the lower right corner, then press the edit (pencil) button in the menu that opens. Once in edit mode, press the + (plus) button in the lower right corner, then press the + (plus) to add an exercise. Select whether you would like to choose exercises from your exercise list, or from an existing category. A list of exercises will be displayed. Press exercise names to select them, then, when you're finished selecting exercises, press the + (plus) button in the lower right corner, then press the ✔ (check mark) to add them to the routine.
The order of the exercises can be changed by grabbing an exercise using the icon on the left side, then dragging it to the desired location. Additionally, an exercise can be removed from the routine by long pressing the exercise, then selecting Remove from routine.
When you are finished making changes, press the + (plus) button, then press the ✔ (check mark) button to save the routine.

To create a superset, press the link icon on the right side of each exercise name you would like to link. Press the button once to link with the exercise above, twice to link with the exercise below, three times to link with both, or a fourth time to remove the link. There is no limit to the number of supersets you can have.
When you are finished, press the + (plus) button, then press the ✔ (check mark) button to save the routine.
Swipe to the routine tab, then press the name of the routine containing your superset. Exercises that are part of a superset will appear with a link icon next to their name. Run the routine by pressing the + (plus) button, then the ► (play) button in the menu that opens.
When you get to your superset, the app will notify you that you are now in a superset. Press the < > (back, next) buttons at the top of the screen to navigate the exercises in the superset. Repeat this process until you have completed your superset, then press the ✔ (check mark) button to save the superset. The app will ask if you want to submit all the exercises in the superset. Press Yes and it will save your superset.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the weight button. Enter your weight along with any notes you would like to save, then press the ✔ (check mark) button to save.
To view past data, open the exercise you would like to view, then swipe over to the history tab. The app will display the details for every time you completed the exercise ordered by date. To edit a specific workout, long press the exercise, then press Edit. Make your desired changes, then press the ✔ (check mark) button to save. Similarly, press Delete to remove a workout.
To rename an exercise, long press the exercise, then press Rename exercise. Enter the new name, then press Save.
Swipe out the menu from the left side, or press the menu button in the upper left corner, then press Settings.
To view the graph of an exercise, open the exercise you would like to view, then swipe to the graph tab. To select which data to graph, use the drop-down menu above the graph.
Yes! To view a graph of your body weight history, swipe to the tools tab, then press Weight. Next, swipe to the graph tab to view the graph.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the Import/Export button. Select Export, then select Local. Your database will be saved to your SD card or internal storage depending on the device.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the Import/Export button. Select Export, then select Cloud. Login or create a cloud account if needed. Your database will be uploaded to the cloud where it will be kept safe until you need it.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the Import/Export button. Select Import, then select Local. A file explorer will open. Navigate to your backup file and select it. By default, backup files are named 'workoutlog.bak' and are located in the 'workoutlog' folder. The database file will be automatically imported once selected.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the Import/Export button. Select Import, then select Cloud. Login to your cloud account if needed. The database will be automatically downloaded and imported.
Swipe to the tools tab, then press the Import/Export button. Select Export, then select Excel. If you select Local the files will be created in the 'workoutlog' directory on your SD card or internal storage. If you select Email, you may need to login or create a cloud account if needed. The files will be sent to the email you specified for your cloud account.
